What materials are pieces made of?
Each Nixi is made from freshwater pearls and sterling silver gold filled finishing. We believe in using only the best materials to create pieces that are beautiful, durable, and timeless.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within a 30-day period. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will send you a label to return your Nixi and issue you a refund. If you would like to make an exchange, please email us with your order number and what you’d like to exchange for.

Custom jewelry is final sale and excluded from our return/exchange policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom pieces.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Everything is made to order and will likely ship out in 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Custom orders may take 1-10 days to fulfill. Please email us at if you are hoping to place an urgent order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer repairs?
Yes. If there is an issue with your Nixi, please email us at so we can look into and repair your piece.

How do I care for my jewelry?
To clean your Nixi, mix lukewarm water with dish soap, and use a soft cloth to wipe your pearls. Let air dry. We do not suggest wearing your Nixi in pools or the ocean for extended periods of time.
